After Eight is the evening service from Red Hot Shot Coffee, same high standards, just a little later in the day. Whether you’re winding down a wedding or kicking off an event with a twist, we’re bringing espresso martinis and top-tier coffee to the party.
Built around Leanne’s self-sufficient mobile van and featuring Three Little Birds, a small-batch gin from the Clare Valley, this service adds something a little extra to your evening.

There’s no van hire fee – we arrive fully self-sufficient and ready to serve. You’ve got two options:
Option 1: We turn up with no booking fee and no minimum spend, and your guests simply purchase their drinks directly from the van, just like a pop-up café or bar.
Option 2: For weddings and private events, we can organise a custom package with a set number of drinks included – perfect if you’d like to shout your guests.

Morning After Bookings
Ask about morning-after coffee service too, perfect for weddings, retreats, and recovery brunches. You future event ‘was’ amazing. Don’t settle for coffee that is anything less.
